Mission Statement
The mission of Ortega Elementary School
is to create a collaborative, supportive, and result-oriented learning
environment with a challenging curriculum that not only will foster the
desire for life long learning in students, but one that will result with
all students meeting exceptional academic standards to provide them access
to college.
School Goals
Ortega Elementary School will become an
exemplary school by engaging our community members, faculty, and students
to commit to and obtain high standards, commended achievement and
commendable behavior in the next three years. Students will demonstrate
mastery in reading, writing, math, and science by reading on grade level,
applying their thinking skills, and participating in campus and city
competitions.
